1. Trendz & Traditionz Boutique offers ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for any of the products under strict conditions. They are as follows:
All products purchased online can be exchanged within 10 days (after order delivery) only if:
- Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The received product(s) differed from the original order.
- Anything is missing from the package.
In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 10 days of the original order date.
Kindly email picture of the defective item to email@example.com or call at +1 (520) 548-6723 within 3 days after order delivery in a case to raise a dispute. Trendz Limited will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties. We will issue the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please, do not return your item without the RMA. Any return without the RMA will not be accepted.
Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.
2. In case of an exchange, a customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
3. Discounted Items cannot be returned / exchanged.
4. Trendz & Traditionz Boutique uses FedEx and USPS to ship international orders.
5. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
6. If during delivery, customs duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.
1. Trendz & Traditionz Boutique Designs Limited does not offer a “refund” or “money-back guarantee” on purchased items if shipped or after 24 hours of placing the order.
2. Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. The order amount will not be refunded back instead of a coupon of the same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from Trendz & Traditionz within next 60 days.
3. Trendz & Traditionz Boutique LLC may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card or pay pal payment is declined.
